50-minute individual session. In-person or telehealth.

Insurance & Payment

We are out-of-network providers for most insurance plans. Many clients use their out-of-network benefits to receive reimbursement for a portion of session costs.

We can provide you with a superbill (itemized receipt) after sessions that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We recommend calling your insurance company before your first appointment and asking:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
  • What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
  • What percentage of the fee will be reimbursed after the deductible?
  • How do I submit a claim for out-of-network services?

Payment Methods

We accept check, cash, Zelle, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of the session.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
